Clémence Crystal Watch
A Rectangle of Light.
The rectangular watch has always been the elegant one — the shape that reads as jewellery first and timekeeper second. The Clémence takes it further, with a faceted dial that throws light and small crystals set into the case at either side.
It sits flat and close on the wrist on a fine link bracelet, finished in polished metal tones. A discreet date window and an accurate quartz movement keep it practical without breaking the line.
Wear it to the office with a crisp shirt, or to dinner with nothing else on the wrist. Several dial colours, from deep red to softer neutrals.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days. The delivery estimate for your own address is shown at checkout, before you pay.
For customers in the European Union, delivery takes place without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days after the order is placed, unless a different timeframe has been agreed with you.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free. Express delivery is £9.90 if you would rather not wait.
Both options appear at checkout with their price shown in full. You will never be charged a delivery cost that was not disclosed before you placed the order.
What if the size is wrong? How do returns and exchanges work?
You have 14 days from the day the parcel reaches you to change your mind, for any reason at all — fit included. No explanation needed.
Write to us through our support page with your order number and tell us what you would like to do. We will send you the instructions for your specific request, whether that is a refund or a different size.

Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning simply because you changed your mind, the cost of sending the piece back is yours.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, that is different — those return costs are handled in accordance with the law, not by you.
What if it arrives damaged or isn’t what I ordered?
Tell us as soon as you can through the support page, with your order number and a photograph of the problem. A picture usually settles it in one message.
Your statutory rights as a consumer apply in full. Depending on the case that can mean a replacement, a repair, or your money back — and nothing on this page limits those rights.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
It depends on where the order is going and how it is shipped. Where VAT is due it may already be included in the price you see, or collected at checkout, and for eligible imports into the EU it can be accounted for through the IOSS scheme.

How do I choose my size?
The Product Details section above lists the size range, the fabric and the cut for this piece. Where something runs long, sits close or is deliberately oversized, the description says so.
Still unsure, or between two sizes? Send us the piece, the size you normally take and your height, and we will tell you which one we would choose. Ribbed and jersey fabrics with elastane give considerably more than woven or tailored ones.
Is my payment secure, and how do I reach a person?
Payment is taken over an encrypted connection and we never see or store your card details. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

Very high level accurate and exactly the same as in the picture, truly original.
The watch arrived, packed in a box, the bracelet was wrapped in plastic, they even included a napkin. The watch is incomparable, made with high quality, you can't tamper with it, the date is displayed at the bottom. They included a screwdriver in the package, everything was thought out, big thanks to the seller, I really liked the clasp for myself, it closes securely. I really liked the color of the dial. In general, the watch is amazing, I recommend it!

Just arrived..beautiful luxury watch shipping so fast and hopefully, the battery life be longer. When i was opened the box, the hands were already moving. There was no plastic lock around the crown. Other than that everything is good and perfect.
