Closed at weekends and on public holidays. Messages sent outside these hours are read as soon as we reopen — nothing is lost.

Before you write

Most questions about delivery times, customs and VAT, sizing and returns are answered in full on our FAQ page. It is worth a look first — it will usually be faster than waiting for a reply.

If you do write, including these in your first message saves a round of emails:

  • Your order number, from your confirmation email
  • The name the order was placed under
  • The item or items concerned
  • Photographs, if something arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect
