How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free. Express delivery is £9.90 if you would rather not wait.

What if the size is wrong? How do returns and exchanges work?
You have 14 days from the day the parcel reaches you to change your mind, for any reason at all — fit included. No explanation needed.
Write to us through our support page with your order number and tell us what you would like to do. We will send you the instructions for your specific request, whether that is a refund or a different size.

Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning simply because you changed your mind, the cost of sending the piece back is yours.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, that is different — those return costs are handled in accordance with the law, not by you.
What if it arrives damaged or isn’t what I ordered?
Tell us as soon as you can through the support page, with your order number and a photograph of the problem. A picture usually settles it in one message.
Your statutory rights as a consumer apply in full. Depending on the case that can mean a replacement, a repair, or your money back — and nothing on this page limits those rights.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
It depends on where the order is going and how it is shipped. Where VAT is due it may already be included in the price you see, or collected at checkout, and for eligible imports into the EU it can be accounted for through the IOSS scheme.

The Product Details section above lists the size range, the fabric and the cut for this piece. Where something runs long, sits close or is deliberately oversized, the description says so.
Still unsure, or between two sizes? Send us the piece, the size you normally take and your height, and we will tell you which one we would choose. Ribbed and jersey fabrics with elastane give considerably more than woven or tailored ones.

The dress is very good for its price, the fabric is thin but not see-through. The size fits just right, my measurements are 86/66/101, height 176. I tied the straps differently and I liked it so much, I recommend it!

Amazing! i am 38/40 eu. it fits beautifully. fabric is rich. pay attention you can't wear normal underwear with it. and back goes deep, therefore, this dress will be worn either without any underwear at all, or with special underwear of a very low waist or with cutouts in the back

This dress is gorgeous! it fits well and its easy to take on and off, ive gotten countless compliments and im very very very happy with it. i absolutely love it.. its also very stretchy. (ignore my room)
The dress is good, there were a few loose threads, but they are easy to remove. There is a nice gathering at the back, and the fabric on the chest is double-layered. The synthetic material feels very soft and cool against the skin. For me, the waist is a bit low, which creates more folds. I had to tie the dress 4 times, constantly tightening the laces, as the soft fabric became very loose when leaning forward. But this is to understand how tightly everything needs to be tied.
I received the dress, and I hope it won't shrink after washing (I fit into size S), although I had to fiddle a bit with the ties and straps. The slit is large and provocative ;). In the photo, the dress looks more vibrant than in reality. Visually, I'm satisfied with the quality of the dress. I can recommend the seller.

Looks great! Very thin, flexible and breathable material.
Should probably use a bra or nipples covers if you don't want everything to show, but if you do, this is the dress for you 😉
I weigh 55kg and am 163cm tall, i bought the m, thought it might be to big because sometimes s fits better, but it fits great and i have no complaints ✨
For the money, the dress is great, there were a few loose threads, but for this price it's okay, I trimmed them. It's thin, fits nicely, and accentuates the waist beautifully. Of course, it's synthetic, but it's pleasant against the skin. For my height of 157 cm, it's quite long. It's better to wear with seamless panties. The back neckline is nice and ties up beautifully. Overall, I'm satisfied. It arrived quickly in Ukraine, in 10 days.

Ohhhhh ma gwaddddddddd. people. get. this. dress. i promise you you will not regret it! i got the black one and shit, when i say the hubby liked it a little too much- but the fabric? amazing, the fit, spectacular, and i will say. the o e thing is the strings. mine didn’t come pretied and the ties don’t have stitched ends. but it’s stretchy so it worked out! i believe i got the large, im a medium top and an xl on my bottom and it stretches and fits me perfectly, not see through at all. its your moneys worth!!!!
The dress is beautiful 😍❤️ I took size S with a height of 160, it fits perfectly, but I don't like the neckline a bit. I also want to warn that the back is very open, so be careful.

A beautiful dress, the surroundings are impressive. But it dyed all the items that were washed with it pink. Washed at 30 degrees. And some threads are sticking out a bit, although these are minor issues.
