How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days. The delivery estimate for your own address is shown at checkout, before you pay.
For customers in the European Union, delivery takes place without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days after the order is placed, unless a different timeframe has been agreed with you.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free. Express delivery is £9.90 if you would rather not wait.
Both options appear at checkout with their price shown in full. You will never be charged a delivery cost that was not disclosed before you placed the order.
What if the size is wrong? How do returns and exchanges work?
You have 14 days from the day the parcel reaches you to change your mind, for any reason at all — fit included. No explanation needed.
Write to us through our support page with your order number and tell us what you would like to do. We will send you the instructions for your specific request, whether that is a refund or a different size.

Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning simply because you changed your mind, the cost of sending the piece back is yours.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, that is different — those return costs are handled in accordance with the law, not by you.
What if it arrives damaged or isn’t what I ordered?
Tell us as soon as you can through the support page, with your order number and a photograph of the problem. A picture usually settles it in one message.
Your statutory rights as a consumer apply in full. Depending on the case that can mean a replacement, a repair, or your money back — and nothing on this page limits those rights.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
It depends on where the order is going and how it is shipped. Where VAT is due it may already be included in the price you see, or collected at checkout, and for eligible imports into the EU it can be accounted for through the IOSS scheme.

How do I choose my size?
The Product Details section above lists the size range, the fabric and the cut for this piece. Where something runs long, sits close or is deliberately oversized, the description says so.
Still unsure, or between two sizes? Send us the piece, the size you normally take and your height, and we will tell you which one we would choose. Ribbed and jersey fabrics with elastane give considerably more than woven or tailored ones.
Is my payment secure, and how do I reach a person?
Payment is taken over an encrypted connection and we never see or store your card details. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

The dress is cute, the material is a 3 out of 5. I ordered a size L for my size M, it's a bit big at the top, but fits perfectly at the hips.

The item I ordered was not delivered; it came wrong.
I request a refund. You sent me a white dress, but I ordered a red one. In addition, the material does not match the picture in your advertisement, and the size XL does not correspond to XL. The dress is too small and does not fit me at all. I request a refund.
Wrong colour was delivered and so now iβll have to repackage go to post office send back then wait again. π€¦ β βοΈ Not happy. Was for event. Was my first using and wouldnβt recommend.
I bought it for my mother seriously here they sell it for double the price when it arrived she thought it wouldn't fit but she tried it on and it fit perfectly very good details the only thing I didn't like was the quality of the strap but I was able to buy another one and it looked better highly recommended don't take less than two to three weeks for it to arrive I'm from Peru
Very nice, although artificial material is quite sturdy and not see-through. Only the waist is a bit too high. I'll manage with a wider belt, but it should be lower for this length. I'm 172 cm tall, so it's probably for someone shorter.

I bought a size S and it's very big, but the fabric of the dress is very good. The belt is very ugly and of poor quality.
The dress does not match the photos and is of poor quality in both fabric and workmanship. It's clear that it's a cheap, low-quality product. Avoid it. I returned it immediately.
The dress is ok. the sleeves are a bit long and the dress seems a bit shorter than the picture but overall not bad.
Update (29 Apr 2026): It's great, comfortable, fits well on the body, but it has a smell of kerosene, and after washing it was fine. Overall, it's really nice. Thank you very much.
Small modeling
I never received the dress I ordered...instead, I received a shirt with buttons in white/orange/brown colors.
Even though I bought size L, it still fit tighter than the measurements indicated. I gave up. I won't buy again.

Way too small

Not like the picture. I'm not satisfied with the product material not nice and it's not at all like the picture. Very hard to put on as their is a zip at the side and it is very small had to wriggle a lot to get the dress on very uncomfortable to get on and off.
