How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free. Express delivery is £9.90 if you would rather not wait.

What if the size is wrong? How do returns and exchanges work?
You have 14 days from the day the parcel reaches you to change your mind, for any reason at all — fit included. No explanation needed.
Write to us through our support page with your order number and tell us what you would like to do. We will send you the instructions for your specific request, whether that is a refund or a different size.

Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning simply because you changed your mind, the cost of sending the piece back is yours.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, that is different — those return costs are handled in accordance with the law, not by you.

Tell us as soon as you can through the support page, with your order number and a photograph of the problem. A picture usually settles it in one message.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

The Product Details section above lists the size range, the fabric and the cut for this piece. Where something runs long, sits close or is deliberately oversized, the description says so.
Still unsure, or between two sizes? Send us the piece, the size you normally take and your height, and we will tell you which one we would choose. Ribbed and jersey fabrics with elastane give considerably more than woven or tailored ones.

Good quality, not see-through, I took size S for hips 95cm and waist 71cm, fits comfortably without being tight, not too tight at all, my height is 170cm so it's quite long, overall I'm very satisfied with the skirt, it arrived very wrinkled but irons well, arrived in Ukraine in 13 days.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. Itβs not transparent, the stitches are good. I ordered one more, but black. The same shirt i saw in uniqlo for 30$
The order arrived very quickly, 12 days to Ukraine in a large consolidated package. I liked the quality of the fabric, it's heavy, not see-through, and has a pleasant olive color. The skirt is suitable for tall people, but can be rolled up at the waist for shorter ones, and it will fit well. For my measurements of 96/69/94, I took size S, and it fits loosely. Many thanks to the seller.

The skirt is of excellent quality. Size XS fit perfectly for a waist of 67 cm, hips of 92 cm, and height of 160 cm - the skirt reaches the ankle.
The petticoat is nice, but I ordered two at once (black and red) in the same size: the red one is wider at the waist and too big for me (even considering that there is elastic there), while the black one is wider in the waist, which makes it fit better and create a nice curve, whereas the red one doesn't have that feature and looks more straight. But the fabric quality and tailoring are good, and the delivery is fast.

A nice, high-quality skirt, fits well; for a height of 160 cm, it reaches right to the ankles, but with heels or high-soled shoes it will be fine + can be rolled up if really necessary. Delivery is fast.
This is the third one I've bought in a different color, the fabric is of good quality, thick, has a nice drape, and the color is very pretty.
Not bad quality. It is enough thick. But it is not satin it is 100 % polyester, hence, it should be called polysatin and indicated in the item description
The skirt is thick, has a satin finish, the fabric doesn't leave any tightness, fits well on hips of 102 cm, size L is not too tight.
The khaki color is a warm yellowish shade.

Too long for a height of 159cm, will have to be trimmed. My waist is 67cm, but it will also fit girls with a 75cm waist.
The texture of the fabric is soft, of good quality, and it fits your figure very well, plus the color is true to what the website advertises. I loved it and my purchase was a great choice ποΈ.

Accurate to description. It's a pretty good quality satin skirt, heavy, very similar if not better than those you can find in zara or h&m, for a fraction of the price.
It's true to european size so don't make same mistake as me and order your size (i sized up and shouldn't have...)
I'm not a fan of the color which is a bit more yellowish than the picture but i'll try to dye it.
Overall, a good product, that i will be hopefully able to wear once dyed.

I thought it was light satin that shines, but it's not that kind of fabric. It's a medium-thick fabric, I assume it's not transparent, however it looks beautiful. I ordered size M and it fits well, with a length that's a little above the ankle. Without a doubt, it's beautiful.

The skirt is beautiful, I usually wear size XS-S but for some reason I decided to take M, and I made a mistake, it's too big for me. However, I wear it pulled down to my hips. I advise you to take your usual size, and for someone 160 cm tall it will be long.

The material is thick and decent, and is made well. the colour was way off, more light brown than khaki or beige. the wrist is a weird white elastic band.

It's as if there was too much fabric, and it's as if my second stomach is hanging from the fabric (2 photos), and it was simply sewn on haphazardly, with unevenness all along the elastic band. It runs small, as I usually wear XS, but this skirt fits snugly + it's very long (I'm 165 cm tall). And as you can see, it's see-through. The color is beige with a hint of yellow.
The skirt arrived even earlier, but there are holes on both sides of the waistband in the most visible place. It was packaged well. I did not contact the store. I bought it with a discount, so I did not request a return; I will try to fix it myself.

nice fabric. neatly sewn. At a height of 160 cm, the length is almost up to the ankle. but in this color, the XS seems a bit larger to me compared to the similar one in Khaki color.

The quality is good, but it arrived with a defect.
But the S, I use a 36, c38, well, from each skirt I can make another one. I ordered two, one in makeup color and another in khaki, they have nothing to do with each other, very poorly made, they are good for people who wear a 44 or 46. The comments are important, we should not post false information, there are people who say it's like Zara's, not even close, I will not buy again.
Update (29 May 2026): I had to redo the skirt, I didn't like it very much, only the fabric was good.
The satin is thick, more like an umbrella cover fabric, and it's quite long.

I liked it; it has a good touch and a nice drape. The waistband is rubber and moves, so I will have to add some stitches of thread. For my height of 1'57 it's long, so I will have to shorten it a bit. Otherwise, it has a slight shine that isn't excessive, giving it a special elegance. The fabric isn't too thin and not at all thick, which gives the skirt a pleasant movement.
I expected more based on the reviews(( the material is transparent and the size is too large ((( it's better to spend a few more hryvnias and buy a much better quality product locally
The order arrived in Ukraine very quickly, in just 10 days. For my height of 157 cm, it's a bit long, but that's not a problem; you can fold it up at the waist where there's an elastic band, or shorten the length a little. The fabric, despite the price, is quite high quality and thick. I liked everything. I didn't communicate with the seller.

The skirt is of good quality, I bought a black one here. I'm deducting one point for the color, it's not quite the same as in the seller's photo. For my measurements of waist 66, hips 94, height 168, it fits very well, the length is up to the ankle. You can make it shorter by slightly folding the elastic band inward once, and if you wear a long T-shirt that covers the waist, you can fold it two or three times and it will be even shorter.
The skirt is of high quality and meets the specifications.
Size L. My measurements are waist 80, hips 100.
