How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days. The delivery estimate for your own address is shown at checkout, before you pay.
For customers in the European Union, delivery takes place without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days after the order is placed, unless a different timeframe has been agreed with you.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free. Express delivery is £9.90 if you would rather not wait.
Both options appear at checkout with their price shown in full. You will never be charged a delivery cost that was not disclosed before you placed the order.
What if the size is wrong? How do returns and exchanges work?
You have 14 days from the day the parcel reaches you to change your mind, for any reason at all — fit included. No explanation needed.
Write to us through our support page with your order number and tell us what you would like to do. We will send you the instructions for your specific request, whether that is a refund or a different size.

Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning simply because you changed your mind, the cost of sending the piece back is yours.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, that is different — those return costs are handled in accordance with the law, not by you.
What if it arrives damaged or isn’t what I ordered?
Tell us as soon as you can through the support page, with your order number and a photograph of the problem. A picture usually settles it in one message.
Your statutory rights as a consumer apply in full. Depending on the case that can mean a replacement, a repair, or your money back — and nothing on this page limits those rights.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
It depends on where the order is going and how it is shipped. Where VAT is due it may already be included in the price you see, or collected at checkout, and for eligible imports into the EU it can be accounted for through the IOSS scheme.

How do I choose my size?
The Product Details section above lists the size range, the fabric and the cut for this piece. Where something runs long, sits close or is deliberately oversized, the description says so.
Still unsure, or between two sizes? Send us the piece, the size you normally take and your height, and we will tell you which one we would choose. Ribbed and jersey fabrics with elastane give considerably more than woven or tailored ones.
Is my payment secure, and how do I reach a person?
Payment is taken over an encrypted connection and we never see or store your card details. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

The size fits perfectly, it's lined and has shoulder pads. The fit is great and the fabric is very good. In the future, I'll change the buttons to ones that match better, but other than that, it's perfect. Great value for money.
Incredible quality, this is the second blazer I've bought and it has a great cost-benefit ratio! The design is elegant, fully lined, with shoulder pads, two large pockets, and the buttons are beautiful. It came with a few loose threads, but that can be fixed with a lighter or scissors.
The fabric is a bit stiff and plastic-like, but it looks very nice and is a cute model.
I bought my second jacket. this one is also of very good quality, nicely sewn, i am satisfied and i recommend ordering a size larger. delivery was fast.

Everything is great! The jacket is of very good quality and very beautiful. I specifically ordered a size larger to make it more loose-fitting. It fits perfectly. There are a few defects and some threads sticking out, but this is not a big issue for me. I'm happy with the purchase and recommend it â¤ī¸âđĨ
Not a bad blazer. Just a bit thin. For parameters 90/72/100 and height 166, Chinese size XL fits well. Coffee with milk color.
Good quality but runs small
The quality is great and feels very good. It has lining and nothing to envy of big brands.
The jacket is very beautiful. The seams are well-made. I am returning it because it's too small. When I fastened the button, it fits very tightly and doesn't look nice. It fits well in the shoulders, but I have broad shoulders.

The jacket is okay for the price. But the fabric is see-through and not thick. If you wear something black or red under the jacket, it shows through. I wear size L. But based on reviews, I looked into getting a larger size, so I took XXL and it was a good choice.
