How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days. The delivery estimate for your own address is shown at checkout, before you pay.
For customers in the European Union, delivery takes place without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days after the order is placed, unless a different timeframe has been agreed with you.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free. Express delivery is £9.90 if you would rather not wait.
Both options appear at checkout with their price shown in full. You will never be charged a delivery cost that was not disclosed before you placed the order.
What if the size is wrong? How do returns and exchanges work?
You have 14 days from the day the parcel reaches you to change your mind, for any reason at all — fit included. No explanation needed.
Write to us through our support page with your order number and tell us what you would like to do. We will send you the instructions for your specific request, whether that is a refund or a different size.

Who pays for return postage?
If you are returning simply because you changed your mind, the cost of sending the piece back is yours.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, that is different — those return costs are handled in accordance with the law, not by you.
What if it arrives damaged or isn’t what I ordered?
Tell us as soon as you can through the support page, with your order number and a photograph of the problem. A picture usually settles it in one message.
Your statutory rights as a consumer apply in full. Depending on the case that can mean a replacement, a repair, or your money back — and nothing on this page limits those rights.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
It depends on where the order is going and how it is shipped. Where VAT is due it may already be included in the price you see, or collected at checkout, and for eligible imports into the EU it can be accounted for through the IOSS scheme.

How do I choose my size?
The Product Details section above lists the size range, the fabric and the cut for this piece. Where something runs long, sits close or is deliberately oversized, the description says so.
Still unsure, or between two sizes? Send us the piece, the size you normally take and your height, and we will tell you which one we would choose. Ribbed and jersey fabrics with elastane give considerably more than woven or tailored ones.

Very fast delivery, received in 5 days, the same as Zara's, and very good quality. For me, there's a slight smell that goes away when you let it air out a bit. Honestly, I'm very happy, go for it, the jacket is great! I took my usual size M and it has an oversized effect that I love.
I usually wear size 55, but after reading the reviews, I bought size S and it fits well because it's roomy. The smell isn't as strong as I expected... it's like a leatherette smell. For those who usually wear size 44 or a slim-fit size 55, I think it's better to buy size XS. The material and fit exceeded my expectations, making it a great value for money.

I am 1.68 meters tall. I ordered XL (M).
It turned out boxy with large sleeves, exactly as I wanted. Excellent stitching, 100% polyester. I paid 180 including shipping. Based on the material, this one fits me well and I recommend it.
Paying 600 for polyester has to be a real rip-off, morally speaking.

This is perfect. No smell, leather is soft, fits well. I’m usually size small to medium. I ordered small for slight oversized look
The quality is very good, the leather is light and soft. For my height of 172 cm, size XS fits perfectly, but the elastic on the jacket is not soft, so if your hips are larger than 90 cm, it may be a bit tight. If you want a more oversized fit, it's better to take a size larger. The sleeves can be rolled up and they won't be so long. All seams are done neatly. It looks very stylish.

Awesome jacket 🖤 An exact replica like the one from Z@r@, this one is a bit lighter and not as thick. But it's even better because the one from the store doesn't fit as well on the body. I wear size S, but ordered size XS here and it fits perfectly! The only downside is the smell, it's been airing out for two weeks now, but the smell is still there, though fortunately it's not that strong anymore.

Perfect jacket, very similar to the one from Zara, even the material is the same. The one from Zara is heavier, but I liked this one because it's not as heavy. I tried the original one from Zara and the only thing I noticed is that the collar was much wider.
I found the exact same piece as in the photo; it's oversized, so I recommend ordering a size smaller or your usual size, depending on your preference. I loved the material and found the finish to be good. This piece was already sold out here in Brazil, so it was worth it. It arrived in 13 days and was well packaged. An incredibly cool jacket, I measured this model in the store and they are practically identical, except that in the store it's a bit thicker, while here it's softer, and in the store it's more matte, while here it's more glossy, but there's really nothing else different. The size fits perfectly, I also measured the one in the store and it's exactly 1:1. Very satisfied with the purchase, the jacket is high quality, I don't see the point in overpaying.
It arrived earlier than expected. I am 1.62m tall and weigh 57kg, and I bought size XP. It fit perfectly. The fit was good. The coat arrived in an excellent size; I took M, it's exactly the same as the original Zara model. In the original coat, the fabric is thicker, but this fabric is thinner, though it doesn't really matter and it looks great. The stitching and lining are all amazing! Highly recommended.

I bought a size M to wear it loosely, but it's way too big haha.
It's size M, but the chest circumference is 57cm and the length from the neckline to the sleeve end is 75cm.
I have long arms and I don't like short sleeves, so I intentionally wore a size larger and bought an M.
However, the sleeves are long and large enough to cover the fingers completely haha.
The clothes are pretty~~ They don't smell as much as other clothes, and the clothes are nice.
However, the clothes are a bit heavy.
